Board Meetings

Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month @ 7:30 at the library.

Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings.

Click here to see the Agenda for the March 13, 2012 meeting.  Board meetings are open to the public.  If you would like to attend the meeting and speak to the Board about an issue, you must register as a delegation with the Library CEO no later than the Thursday prior to the meeting.

Library Policies:

The Perth East Public Library has developed written policies to assist the board and staff in ensuring the provision of fair, equitable, and consistent service to patrons and responsible financial management of the Library's resources.  A copy of the PEPL Policy Manual is available upon request by contacting the Library CEO.  Alternate formats will be made available upon request.  The Library gratefully acknowledges the support of the Perth Community Futures Development Corp and the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario in the development of this policy manual.
